RIGA - Due to the flow of Covid-19 patients, capacity of the Riga East University Hospital (RAKUS) will soon be exhausted, said the hospital's board chairman Imants Paeglitis in an interview with the Latvian public radio.
He said that at present 70 percent of allocated Covid-19 beds are taken. At some point it seemed that the number of Covid-19 patients in the hospital has stabilized, but then it started growing again.
