The Lithuanian government on May 19 allocated 158,800 euros for the relocation of 12 people of Lithuanian descent from Venezuela, but the Foreign Ministry warns that the process will be hampered by the coronavirus pandemic.
"Given the COVID-19 pandemic-related restrictions in place in various countries, it is not possible to say yet when these individuals could come to Lithuania," the ministry said.
