RIGA - Businessman Igors Ivanovs has been arrested, the Latvian public television reported on Wednesday.
The television reported that Ivanovs is a suspect in the criminal case on organization of an alleged murder of layer Alla Jurasa.
Ivanovs was detained by the police on Tuesday, but on Wednesday the court decided on a restrictive measure.
The judge did not disclose the court's decision, but the Latvian public television learned that the court satisfied the request of the police for keeping Ivanovs in custody.
