TALLINN – A homemade explosive device exploded at Tallinn's Lillekula Gymnasium on Friday and two minors, a teenage boy and girl, are suspected of making the explosive and organizing the explosion, the Estonian daily Postimees writes.
The alarm center received a call at 11:30 p.m. on Friday that an explosion was heard from Lillekula Gymnasium and smoke could be seen emitting from the school building. The prosecutor's office launched criminal proceedings.
