Bigbank Latvija invests 1.2 million euros in a new apartment project in Mežaparks

A comfortable residence for a modern person, moreover, in an ecologically clean neighbourhood - such a house is being built in Mežaparks with the financial support of Bigbank Latvija. A loan of 1.2 million euros has been granted for the construction of a three-storey building in Riga, Krapes iela 8.

The new residential project, called Harmony, will have two buildings. Currently, the first with 42 apartments is being built, and its commissioning is planned for December 2021. The new building is located in a nice place, next to the green Mežaparks, which offers countless opportunities to spend time in the pleasant nature. These include cross-country and roller-skating trails, the Zoo, Ķīšezers beach and water sports opportunities, children's playgrounds, silence and fresh air. The OZO Golf Club is next to the complex, and Vecāķi Beach is just a 15 minute drive away. It is also only a 15-minute drive to the centre of Riga.

On three floors of the residential building there will be compact one, two and three room apartments with full interior decoration. The ground floor apartments are complemented by spacious outdoor terraces, where you can enjoy an evening tea while breathing in the fresh pine forest air. The other apartments have comfortable loggias, the decoration of which allows you to maintain privacy while ensuring transmission of light. The restricted area of the residential complex has parking lots, a children's playground, green areas and even a private water feature. For security, video surveillance is performed in the area.

Harmony is an experienced developer. It has previously successfully implemented such residential projects as The Nest in Mārupe and Edelweiss Home in Jugla.
