TALLINN - Baltic navy divers are to disarm explosive devices found in the Toila Harbor area in North-East Estonia next week as part of the joint exercise Divex.
Divex, the joint exercise of Baltic mine clearance divers, will kick off on Monday. Participants in the part of the exercise to be held in Toila Habor include 12 divers from Estonia, seven from Latvia, and eight from Lithuania, spokespeople for the Estonian Navy said.
