VILNIUS - Baltic ministers will hold an online meeting this week to discuss the next steps after Lithuania's coronavirus infection rate has crossed 16 cases per 100,000 people, Lithuanian Health Minister Aurelijus Veryga said on Monday.

A video conference of Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian foreign and health ministers is currently being arranged, Veryga said.

"We expect to organize such a meeting this week to discuss what position the Baltic countries intend to take in the future, given that our morbidity rate has exceeded 16 cases per 100,000 inhabitants," he told a news conference.
