Baltic Forum conference participants express fears, hopes for Russian relations

RIGA - At today's annual international Baltic Forum conference, Riga Mayor Nils Usakovs (Harmony) said that the region is living in an era which is starting to resemble the Cold War period, and therefore solutions to conflicts are vital for developing closer co-operation between countries.
