We hereby notify that in accordance with Section 204 (1) (b) of the BVI Business Companies Act 2004, Astina Alliance Limited incorporated on the territory of the British Virgin Islands is undergoing the process of voluntary liquidation. The voluntary liquidation started on 25th day of October, 2018  and the liquidator is Emil Tsunizhov of Cyprus, 2007 Nicosia, 23 Mesaloggio.
