People of Latvia have to not only dream of a better future, they have to take more responsibility and be more appreciative of what they have achieved, Lutheran Archbishop Janis Vanags said on the morning of November 18 during an ecumenical service in Riga Cathedral, held in honor of Latvia‘s centenary.
