Another high-ranking and experienced official leaves Latvian Corruption Prevention Bureau

The deputy head of the Latvian Corruption Prevention Bureau's (KNAB) Investigation Department Agita Znotina is resigning from the bureau, LETA was informed. Znotina, who has been employed by the KNAB since its establishment, was presented with a different position at the bureau, which she declined and will step down next week. As reported, over the past three years, a total of nine officials most critical of Corruption Prevention Bureau Chief Jaroslavs Strelcenoks' leadership capabilities have either been fired or have quit, all of them accompli...
