Almost 50,000 Latvians aged 15-29 neither working nor studying

According to the Latvian Welfare Ministry’s report on its Youth Guarantee Program, in the first three quarters of 2015, around 47,000 Latvians aged 15-29 were neither studying for training for jobs.  Despite the figures, it is around 7,000 fewer youngsters (13 percent) fewer than in 2014.
