RIGA - the annual Best Employer award ceremony took place following a nationwide survey carried out by the recruitment agency CV-Online Latvia. During the ceremony, the Latvian airline airBaltic was recognized as the best employer in the transport and logistics sector for the ninth year in a row.

According to a CV-Online Latvia survey, more than 60% of respondents want to work at airBaltic because it is a well-known company with a good reputation, almost 50% emphasize that the company offers a motivating salary and additional benefits, while more than 40% see good career growth opportunities.
