Gurtam, the Vilnius-based IoT software developer, has revealed the agenda highlights for its upcoming Telematics & Connected Mobility conference. The event will take place on September 10–11, 2025, at LITEXPO in Vilnius, Lithuania, bringing together professionals from across fleet management, IoT, mobility, and connected technologies. It will offer a packed two-day program of talks, panels, and networking. Early bird tickets are available until June 30.
Designed for a broader audience, including system integrators, developers, hardware providers, and businesses using telematics, the conference offers parallel tracks across two halls.
Track 1 will focus on business strategy, market trends, digital transformation, and the measurable impact of fleet innovation. Meanwhile, Track 2 will dive deep into the technology, welcoming software engineers, solution architects, and R&D professionals.
The conference will feature global thought leaders, including speakers from Reuters, MIT Technology Review, Amazon Web Services, Porsche Consulting, Girteka Logistics, and others. Their participation brings deep insight and perspective, helping to contextualize the region’s tech progress within global trends.
Among the speakers is Aliaksei Shchurko, CEO of Gurtam, who will lead a session on how innovation reshapes fleet management and connectivity. Drawing on his hands-on experience in telematics software and AI adoption, Aliaksei will offer a strategic view of the industry's future challenges and opportunities. Another highlight is Moaad El Aboudi, CEO of Insight Solutions, who will share a case study on how telematics and AI transform waste management for over seven million citizens.
“Gurtam has a rich history of events for its partners, clients, and users. However, Telematics & Connected Mobility is a conference for a broader audience. We welcome companies involved in the tech ecosystem, including system integrators, software developers, hardware manufacturers, and businesses leveraging telematics in their solutions,” says Zoya Halkevich, Head of Brand at Gurtam. “Nowhere else in the Baltics or neighbouring regions do we see this level of concentration on connected mobility, backed by such a diverse, international lineup of speakers.”
In addition to expert content, the event will host a technology expo featuring leading players in the telematics and mobility ecosystem. The current list of expo participants and additional speakers is available on the official conference website and will continue to be updated.
