Actress Lilita Ozolina passes away

RIGA - Daile Theater actress Lilita Ozolina passed away on Monday at the age of 75, as Daile Theater informed LETA.

Ozolina was born on November 19, 1947. In 1971 she graduated from Jazeps Vitols Latvian State Conservatoire's Theater School, she was also a professionally trained nurse.

Ozolina was a Daile Theater actress since 1966.

One of the most popular Latvian actresses, Ozolina is remembered for her roles in a number of Latvian films, including in the film series "Long Road in the Dunes".

Ozolina was several times nominated for Night of the Players awards, in 2009 she received the Order of the Three Stars.
