Achema's CEO calls Lithuanian EnergMin's proposal ''unacceptable''

Lyda Lubiene, board chairwoman of Achema Grupe, the owner of the fertilizer manufacturer Achema, Lithuania's single largest gas consumer, says she finds the Energy Ministry's proposal for Achema to make a long-term commitment to buy gas from the LNG terminal in exchange for lighter maintenance burden unacceptable. She says one company cannot be made responsible for the maintenance of the LNG terminal.
