Lyda Lubiene, board chairwoman of Achema Grupe, the owner of the fertilizer manufacturer Achema, Lithuania's single largest gas consumer, says she finds the Energy Ministry's proposal for Achema to make a long-term commitment to buy gas from the LNG terminal in exchange for lighter maintenance burden unacceptable.
