With the funding of the specialist credit bank Bigbank in Riga, a new block of three residential houses Rēdera nami with 75 apartments is being built on the bank of the Daugava. The loan of 2.2 million is another investment of Bigbank to finance the real estate sector in Latvia. The building reconstruction work carried out by SIA Pilsētas skati has already started and the first apartments will be on offer for new homeowners this summer.
