On September 26, cumulative 14-day COVID-19 incidence in Latvia exceeded 400 cases per 100,000 residents, according to information released by the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (CDC).
Latvia confirmed 567 new COVID-19 cases and two persons died of the coronavirus infection over September 25. As of the date, Latvia has confirmed 154,786 COVID-19 cases and 2,684 people have died of the virus infection.
