RIGA - So far, 16 people in Latvia have officially recovered from Covid-19, Jurijs Perevoscikovs, head of the Infectious Disease Risk Analysis and Prevention Department at the Center for Disease Prevention and Control, informed at a news conference Monday.
Patients who have been diagnosed with Covid-19 are only allowed to end their quarantine and resume daily activities only on their doctor's permission. A patient is considered healthy if their clinical symptoms have disappeared and two consecutive Covid-19 tests are negative.
