YIT started several apartment building projects in CEE and the Baltic countries in October–December 2019. The largest of the newly started projects are Nordic Sadyba and Dom Mehoffera in Poland, Ranta Barrandov II in the Czech Republic, Linkmenu in Lithuania and Rozeta in Slovakia. The total value of the largest projects is over EUR 120 million. The start-ups of the apartments are booked in the order backlog of the fourth quarter of 2019.
