YIT started several apartment building projects in CEE and the Baltic countries in October–December 2019. The largest of the newly started projects are Nordic Sadyba and Dom Mehoffera in Poland, Ranta Barrandov II in the Czech Republic, Linkmenu in Lithuania and Rozeta in Slovakia. The total value of the largest projects is over EUR 120 million. The start-ups of the apartments are booked in the order backlog of the fourth quarter of 2019.

Nordic Sadyba is located in Warsaw in the Sadyba neighbourhood in Mokotów district. The value of the project is approximately EUR 50 million with approximately 280 apartments to be completed at the end of 2021.

Dom Mehoffera is located in Tarchomin district in northern Warsaw. The value of the project is over EUR 15 million. Near to 130 apartments will be completed in the autumn 2021.

Ranta Barrandov II is located in Prague 5 residential area south from city centre. The value of the project is over EUR 25 million. The project comprises nearly 120 homes to be completed at the end of 2021.

Linkmenu is located near the centre of Vilnius close to Konstitucijos Avenue and City Business district. The value of the project is approximately EUR 16 million with approximately 130 apartments and nine business premises to be completed at the end of 2020. Linkmenu is the first building project in the new residential area where approximately 800 apartments will be built in the next few years.

Rozeta is located in Bratislava´s district of Ružinov. The value of the project is near to EUR 15 million. The first phase of the project comprises approximately 80 homes to be completed in spring 2022.
