TOUCH THE LEGEND – TINA TURNER: SIMPLY THE BEST TRIBUTE COMES TO LATVIA FOR THE FIRST TIME

RIGA - This summer, the internationally acclaimed TINA TURNER Tribute show “Simply The Best” will be performed in Latvia for the first time. In two exclusive concerts – on August 23 at Dzintari Concert Hall and on August 24 at Daugavpils Culture Palace – audiences will be treated to an unforgettable musical experience celebrating the work of the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll, Tina Turner.

This is the world’s most in-demand TINA TURNER Tribute show, originally created in the United Kingdom and touring globally with tremendous success. It will be presented in Latvia for the very first time.

The concert program SIMPLY THE BEST features all of Tina Turner's most iconic hits – "The Best," "What's Love Got To Do With It," "Private Dancer," "I Can't Stand the Rain," "We Don't Need Another Hero," and many other legendary tracks.

The musical accompaniment will be provided by the LIGHT MUSIC BAND – a group of professional musicians adding the vibrant energy of live music to the show. Audiences can expect dazzling costumes, dynamic dance performances, and impressive stage effects, including pyrotechnics.

Tina Turner is one of the most influential and successful musicians of all time. Her 65-year career includes 11 Grammy Awards, over 200 million records sold, 9 studio albums, appearances on 96 film soundtracks, and notable acting roles, including in "Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome," for which she received an Image Award.
