Security Police has no information that terrorist threat level must be raised in Latvia

The Security Police continue to co-operate with foreign partner services, however, there is no information at the moment which would necessitate the increase of the terrorist threat level in Latvia. Security Police spokeswoman Liga Petersone told LETA that the terrorist threat level in Latvia remains low despite recent information from the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on possible terrorist attacks being planned for Warsaw.
