Samoilovs/Smedins triumph at Jurmala Beach Volleyball World Cup stage

JURMALA - Latvian beach volleyball pair Aleksandrs Samoilovs and Janis Smedins today triumphed at the Jurmala Beach Volleyball World Tour stage in Jurmala.

In the final, Samoilovs/Smedins defeated Estonian pair Kusti Nolvak and Mart Tiisaar 2-0 (23:21, 21:14).

This was the first ever World Tour stage to be held in Latvia.
