RIGA - Rundale Palace could be submitted to be included on UNESCO's World Heritage list in September of 2020, the palace museum's spokeswoman Ilze Kusina told LETA.

''We are currently in the research stage with the aim of ensuring the necessary arguments to include Rundale Palace on UNESCO's list of heritage sites in Latvia,'' she said, adding that this could be done in September of 2020.

Kusina added that this will be an easy task, as there are many objects on UNESCO's World Heritage list in Europe, and it is difficult to be included on the list.
