The residence permit granted to a woman of U.S. citizenship who married an Estonian woman is to be valid until the end of the court procedure as the couple has contested a decision of the Tallinn circuit court, which revoked the obligation of the Police and Border Guard Board to grant a residence permit to the U.S. woman.
