TALLINN – Nordecon Betoon OU, part of the listed Estonian construction group Nordecon, entered into a contract with Lidl Eesti OU for the construction of a grocery store located at 29 Kalda Street in Tartu, the cost of the work is approximately three million euros, plus VAT.
The store building will have one floor with a total closed net space of 2,300 square meters. The works will be completed by July 2021, Nordecon told the stock exchange.
