No change in Belarus, Europe needs to consider sanctions – Lithuania's Nauseda

VILNIUS – The situation in Belarus is not improving, therefore, Europe should not change its mind and think about a second package of sanctions for the Minsk regime, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda said on Thursday upon arrival to Brussels for a European Council meeting.
