Lithuania worries about environmental impact of Belarus building nuclear power plant by border

VILNIUS — Lithuania expects to receive in the near future explanations from Belarus as to the Astravyets nuclear power plant under construction close to the nations’ shared border, Environment Minister Kestutis Treciokas said on Thursday.
