VILNIUS - Lithuania's Order and Justice party has decided not to file an appeal against the ruling made by the Central Electoral Commission to dismiss its member Kestas Komskis from the new parliament over vote-buying suspicions.
"What's there to appeal? We do not have any argumentation ... The Central Electoral Commission's decision is the way it is," the party's acting head Remigijus Zemaitaitis informed BNS on Oct. 31.
