Lithuania and four other countries have proposed a ‘Nadiya Savchenko List’ to the European Union, which would impose sanctions on Russian officials involved in the prosecution and imprisonment of the Ukrainian air force pilot. Lithuania's Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius confirmed the news to BNS on March 9, 2016.
