RIGA - Latvian resident who are outside the European Union (EU) could be suddenly ''stuck'' for quite a while due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics (New Unity) told TV3 this morning.
The politician noted that these people have gone abroad already knowing very well what the situation is in the world, and that due to the Covid-19 pandemic countries may impose various restrictions on movement at any moment.
Therefore, now these people should not hope that the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be able to help...
