RIGA - Latvia consistently supports Moldova's aspirations to integrate with the European Union (EU), the Foreign Ministry’s Political Director and Under Secretary of State, Janis Mazeiks, said during Latvian-Moldovan political consultations which took place via video link.
As LETA was told at the Foreign Ministry, Mazeiks represented Latvia in the political consultations, while Dumitru Sokolan, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration (MFAEI) of Moldova, was Moldova's representative in the talks.
