Klaipeda Oil to invest EUR 36.5 mln in oil product terminal expansion, LNG station

VILNIUS - Klaipedos Nafta (Klaipeda Oil), the Lithuanian energy terminals operator, plans to invest 36.5 million euros in the expansion of its petroleum product terminal and in the project of an onshore liquefied natural gas (LNG) distribution station. Shareholders would vote on investment plans at a meeting due on Aug. 25, the company said in a filing to the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange.
