For the second year in a row, gourmet lovers are invited to experience the culinary delights of Jurmala Restaurant Week, running from November 19 to December 1. A total of 27 city restaurants and cafes are participating, offering menus in three price categories (25, 35, and 45 euros). This year, the menus take diners on a flavorful journey across the globe – from Japan, Armenia, and Georgia to Italy, Germany, and Peru. It’s an opportunity for food enthusiasts to savor not only diverse culinary creations but also the unique charm of Jurmala’s neighborhoods and the warm hues of autumn.
This season, the specially crafted offerings of Jurmala Restaurant Week celebrate a vibrant array of global tastes, providing guests with a truly international culinary adventure. While Jurmala’s dining spots routinely serve a broad spectrum of flavors – from the Caucasus and Central Asia to Eastern Europe and Mediterranean traditions – this Restaurant Week highlights culinary treasures from Japanese, Turkish, Armenian, Georgian, Italian, French, German, and Peruvian cuisines, presented in both traditional and modern interpretations.
Beyond the culinary delights, Restaurant Week offers a unique chance to experience the beauty and diversity of Jurmala’s coastal surroundings. Guests can choose to dine along the city’s lively main artery, Jomas Street, among the grand villas of Bulduri, by the serene Lielupe River, at luxurious resort hotels, on the beach with panoramic sea views, or in western Jurmala, near the pristine shores of Jaunkemeri. Visitors may also enjoy the historic charm of Kemeri Park or explore Jurmala’s various neighborhoods, each with its distinct ambiance and unmistakable autumnal charm, in a city deeply in tune with the rhythm of nature.
This year’s list of Restaurant Week participants includes the renowned 36th Line Grill Restaurant, featured in the Michelin Guide for 2024 and 2025, as well as Faces, Grill & Fish, Grilbārs House of Light, Il Sole, Sakura, Villa Joma, Zelta Teļš, Lielupe, Laivas, MO:Restbar, Majorenhoff, Neptūns, View&Seafood Grill, Randevu, and Lokāls Veranda.
