One of the largest tour operators in the Baltics, Join UP! Baltic, is changing its management as of January 2025. It will be led by Aurimas Janušauskas, while the current CEO, Sabina Saikovskaja, was promoted to a tour operator Join UP!™ as Regional Director for Poland and the Baltics.
Since joining Join UP! Baltic in September, 2022 as CEO and Member of the Board, Sabina Saikovskaja has successfully built and led a strong team of 60 tourism professionals, achieving significant results in the Baltic region: ensuring steady growth and stability of the company. Join UP! Baltic achieved profitability at the close of 2024.
In her new role, Sabina Saikovskaja will oversee operations in Poland and the Baltics, focusing on driving strategy, sustainable growth and strengthening the company's position in the four country markets.
The new CEO of Join UP! Baltic Aurimas Janušauskas, has so far managed Sales and Development processes in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia since November 2022. His extensive market knowledge and management experience will enable him to take over the management of the company to ensure the tour operator's continued strong and stable performance in line with the business plan. A.Janušauskas is appointed as Join UP! Baltic as CEO as of 2 January, and will soon also take up the position of Member of the Board of SIA “Join Up Baltic”. The transition period is planned to be fully finished until the end of February, 2025.
Join UP! Baltic has become one of the largest tour operators in the Baltic States, serving more than 105 thousand customers a year. In Latvia, SIA “Join Up Baltic” is the largest company in the tourism sector by turnover in both 2022 and 2023, with a turnover of more than EUR 71 million in 2023 according to “Dienas Bizness” special edition “TOP 500” data. In autumn 2024, the company opened two travel shops in Riga and Vilnius.
In 2025, the tour operator will offer its record-number of destinations, with a total of eight, including new additions such as Albania and Bulgaria as well as tours to Egypt and Turkey from Palanga Airport to its growing portfolio.
