RIGA - For the time being, hospitals are still able to provide oxygen therapy to all Covid-19 patients who need it, but never before Latvia has seen such a high number of patients in need of this therapy, Liene Cipule, head of the Emergency Medical Service, said in an interview to Ir magazine.
