International Fintech Business (IFB), a financial consulting company specialising in licensing, financial M&A and fintech advisory, is preparing to launch a mobile marketplace for financial companies available for acquisition across international markets.
The application is scheduled to launch on 1 November 2026. Users will be able to browse available companies and search opportunities by jurisdiction and type of financial activity.
Acquiring an existing financial company can be an alternative to building a regulated business from the ground up. However, finding suitable acquisition opportunities remains a relatively fragmented process, with information often spread across advisers, brokers and professional networks.
The new IFB application is designed to make that initial search simpler and more transparent.
Users will be able to explore companies across a range of regulated financial sectors, including payment and electronic money businesses, cryptocurrency companies, banks, brokers and other financial institutions. Listings will provide key information such as jurisdiction, regulatory status, type of financial activity, key company characteristics and asking price.
The application is designed as a platform for discovering and selecting financial M&A opportunities.
“We have been involved in the acquisition and sale of financial companies for several years, and one thing we see repeatedly is how fragmented the search process can be,” said Julia Raubishke, Co-founder of IFB. “A buyer may know exactly what type of company or licence they are looking for, but finding the right opportunity can still depend on personal contacts and a lot of back-and-forth. We want to make that first stage of the process much simpler.”
For fintech entrepreneurs and investors, acquiring an existing financial company can provide an alternative route into a regulated market. The right option depends on factors including the business model, target market, jurisdiction and regulatory requirements.
The launch of the application is part of IFB's broader development of its financial M&A offering. The company works with clients on the acquisition and sale of financial companies and has experience across payment businesses, banks, cryptocurrency companies, brokers and other regulated financial structures.
