Several farm businesses in South Estonia have brought an action in mid-August before the county court against the Police and Border Guard Board ordering seasonal workers, who arrived on a special flight from Ukraine, to leave Estonia -- the appellants hope that a decision on whether or not legal proceedings will be launched into the matter will be delivered on Thursday, the regional Louna-Eesti Postimees reported.
