Estonia does not support strengthening Frontex at the expense of existing border guard

Estonia supports the proposal of European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker to strengthen the European border and coast guard agency Frontex, but the Interior Ministry is simultaneously of the opinion that it cannot take place at the expense of the existing border guards of the member states.
