The Latvian education quality improvement feedback software, Edurio, which enables schools to carry out all ongoing data-driven continuous improvement decisions in one place, has become the first Latvian startup company to be awarded financial support from Horizon 2020, the European Union’s research and innovation grant programme. The grant, valued at 1.86 million euros, will be earmarked to assist the company to further develop the Edurio platform and carry out large scale international pilots, while buffing up for expansion.
