Developer AS PRO KAPITAL GRUPP will begin construction of a new apartment building in Kliversala, Riga

A subsidiary of Estonian real estate developer AS "Pro Kapital Grupp" in Latvia plans to start construction of a new premium apartment building "Blue Marine" in the first half of 2025. This will be the second new building in the "Kliversala Quarter" where the developer plans to build additional 6 apartment buildings in the next decade on 3.84 hectares of land, investing more than 130 million euros.

The apartment building with the resonant name "Blue Marine" will have seven above-ground floors and two underground floors with various type apartments - from studio to four-bedroom penthouse type apartments (101 apartments in total). Each apartment will have its own individual terrace or balcony, and the upper-floor apartments will have the option of building a fireplace and sauna.

All apartments will have underfloor heating, provided by the city's centralized heating system, as well as constant air exchange which will be provided by the building's centralized mechanical ventilation system with recuperation. For the convenience of the owners, several elevators will be installed in the building, separate utility rooms will be available for purchase, and parking spaces will be built on two underground floors.

The construction of underground parking lots for the needs of residents is an essential and consistent element in ensuring a vehicle-free environment for the residents of the "Kliversala Quarter". Residents will have access to a separate space for parking strollers and bicycles, as well as a well-maintained promenade with resting areas on the banks of the Daugava River and a children's playground to enjoy the charming water views, nature and sunsets.

In accordance with the latest construction requirements, modern and energy-efficient solutions will be integrated into the building. Interior finishing materials will be from leading European manufacturers, creating an environment friendly to nature and people.  The total area of ​​residential and common areas at “Blue Marine” will occupy more than 12,000 m2.
