RIGA - While not everything is perfect with a construction of the new wing at the Stradins Hospital, European Union funds made available for the project will not be lost, the airport's board member Arta Biruma said in an interview with Latvian Radio. In Biruma's opinion, the risk that EU funding earmarked for the project could be lost is minimal as the deadline for completion of the project may be put off until March 2019, and the hospital's management hopes that the new wing will open doors in the summer.
