RIGA - The Baltic nations should be more concerned about the possible collapse of the EU than transatlantic issues, former President of Estonia Toomas Hendrik Ilves said in an interview with the Latvian weekly magazine Ir. He explained that NATO is the most significant treaty between the United States and Europe and it has worked well.
