Background checks for first seven refugees

TALLINN - A total of seven refugees staying in Greece have agreed to be relocated to Estonia and their backgrounds are being checked at the moment. Spokesman for the Interior Ministry Toomas Viks told BNS on Tuesday that an Estonian liaison officer is at present actively dealing with the files of seven refugees — a man from Yemen, a man from Iraq, and a family of five from Iraq.
