RIGA - An aviation festival at Spilve Airport will mark the 100th anniversary of Latvian aviation during the Riga Festival on August 15, as the organizers of the event told LETA.
The festival's main features will include an exhibition about the main events in the history of Latvian aviation, aircraft of different ages and types, and a special aircraft that has never been to Latvia before.
There will also be aerobatics demonstrations, flights by historical aircraft, a skydiving show, and much more.
