PARIS - The EU on Sunday officially launches mass vaccination against Covid-19.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said on Saturday the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine had been delivered to all 27 member states.
Some countries started administering the jabs on Saturday, including Germany and Hungary. Germany started with hospital staff, while Hungary with clients and employees of old people's homes.
Also Slovakia and Lithuania started vaccination on Saturday.
