A Vilnius court has sentenced Igor Molotkov to 4 years and 4 months in prison for fleeing a police car with an AK-47 at the end of November 2015.
The court found Molotkov guilty on charges of seizing a firearm through psychological violence, the unlawful transportation thereof, plus using psychological intimidation against state officials.
The court also took into consideration his previous 126 administrative penalties, 15 other offences, unemployment, and the spontaneous and unplanned character of his actions.
