Straujuma admits biggest failure was lack of communication over refugees

According to departing Latvian Prime Minister, Laimdota Straujuma, the biggest failure of her government was communication surrounding refugees.  Straujuma made her admission to the Latvian television programme, Panorama, on the morning of February 8.
