Fed-up farmers flood streets

VILNIUS - Farmers turned threats into action July 13 as they poured onto the streets in about half of Lithuania's 44 districts to protest what they say is a lack of government support for agriculture.The protest, coordinated by Lithuania's Peasants' Party, was planned to last one day, and thousands of farmers were expected to participate.
