Extradition of OMON soldier to Latvia on hold

VILNIUSLithuanian prosecutors have called off the extradition of Igor Gorbans, a former member of the Soviet militia OMON, to Latvia amid doubts of Lithuanian politicians about the neighboring country's ultimate intentions.
